What is TrackMyCM?

TrackMyCM is a commission tracking platform built specifically for MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) broker shops. It replaces spreadsheets with a purpose-built app for tracking deals, calculating multi-level splits, managing payouts, and reconciling with your bank.

Who is it built for?

TrackMyCM is designed for MCA brokerage owners, operations managers, team leaders, and sales reps. Each role gets a tailored view — owners and ops see everything, team leaders see their team, and reps see their own deals and payouts.

How does commission tracking work?

When a deal is logged, TrackMyCM automatically calculates the total commission based on the funding amount and commission percentage. It then splits that commission across your team (reps, team leaders, and managers) based on their configured percentages. Everything updates in real time.

Can I import existing deals?

Yes. TrackMyCM supports CSV import with column mapping, so you can bring in your historical deals in bulk. You can also enter deals one at a time through the deal entry form.

How are splits calculated?

Each person on a deal has a split percentage. The total commission is divided according to these percentages. TrackMyCM supports standard rep and Team Leader splits, as well as dual Team Leaders.

What about clawbacks?

When a deal is reversed or a merchant defaults, TrackMyCM tracks the clawback amount and adjusts wallet balances accordingly. You can mark clawbacks as settled per person with a date, and track settlements handled outside the system.

Is my data secure?

Yes. TrackMyCM is built on Supabase with PostgreSQL and Row Level Security, meaning every database query is scoped to what the authenticated user is allowed to see. Bank connection tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The app is hosted on Vercel with HTTPS enforced.
